About this event Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation. There is a lot going on in the world that can bring us down and overwhelm us. Take the time to release that, time to let go, time to rejuvenate and refresh. Give yourself time to quiet the mind. Discover the healing sounds and vibrations of 9, 432hz, Quartz singing bowls, Koshi Chimes, singing Pyramid and more. This 1 hour meditation will take place in a small group setting. The vibrational sounds of singing bowls can touch every part of our physical being. Sound is heard not only heard through our ears, but its vibration can also be felt as it REsonates through every cell in our body. We are made up about 70% water so the human body is the perfect medium for carrying sound. Allow the sounds and vibrations emanate from the Crystal Singing Bowls creating a very deep meditative state for the listener, allowing RElaxation to occur. This helps our bodies to heal, by opening, clearing, and re-balancing each of our 7 major chakras (our energy centers). Let the sound and vibration of various instruments REsonate and raise your vibration and REtune your vibrational frequencies, balance the chakras bringing harmony to the body, mind and spirit. Come with an open mind and your healing intentions. Leave feeling relaxed, calm and maybe even euphoric. WHAT TO EXPECT: Mats are provided. Feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow and bolster for your legs to make your time more comfortable. Wear loose comfortable clothes Drink plenty of water the day of. After all, we are pretty much water. Eat light before coming. Big meals on our belly is a little uncomfortable during sound bath This is an event that is charged with vibrant clearing energy. Feel free to bring anything you'd like to charge...crystals, stones, water (glass bottles are best). Doors are locked at 7:30 pm. Feel free to arrive as early as 7:15pm to use the rest room and get settled. The sound bath will last approximately an hour long once we start so you can plan on being here for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Limited space.
