We’ll make a classic Chicago deep dish, stuffed pizza from start to finish, we’ll talk about flour, the yeast you're using – water temperature – you get it, full on nerd out on pizza.
Then we’ll make our dough – talk about rolling dough in a pan and filling and baking in a home oven.
You will leave with a pizza & deep dish pan of your own and all the knowledge and equipment you need to make your own Chicago Stuffed Pizza at home!

What To Expect: Hands On Pizza Class
You will work individually with your own ingredients and equipment– learning to make dough from scratch by hand in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Pizzaiolo. Each student will receive a deep dish pan and ingredients to make your own pizza at home!
Work from a classic recipe for authentic Italian pizza
Classes are roughly 3 hours, unless otherwise noted
This class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen and will use pizza stones
Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
