The Baltimore and Ohio Chicago Terminal Railroad/CREATE Program, P3 Stage II 75th Street Flyover Pre-bid Meeting is scheduled for March 15, 2022, Kennedy-King College (Building U)740 West 63rd Street, Chicago, IL, 60621 at 9:00 am (CDT). Preregistration for this meeting is encouraged. Additionally, onsite registration will be open on the day of this event. Please come to the registration table to register and arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and registration. Parking is available at the entrance near W65th Ave & Halsted Street. State of Illinois and City of Chicago COVID19 requirements will be followed at this event. P3 Stage II – 75th Street Flyover Pre-bid Meeting The Baltimore and Ohio Chicago Terminal Railroad (B&OCT) is hosting a pre-bid meeting for parties who wish to be considered to provide general contracting services for the CREATE P3 Project. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for contractors that wish to submit a bid. DBE companies wishing to subcontract with a general contractor are encouraged to participate and should also register for this meeting. If possible, each individual that will be attending should register. The pre-bid meeting will address the anticipated scopes of work, bidding requirements, DBE requirements, and provide an opportunity to network with DBE contractors and other interested parties.
