Debriefing Workshop: Insights & Understanding to enhance communication, optimize professional performance and identify motivators. The key to understanding and connecting with others is to first know ourselves. In this workshop you'll receive invaluable tools and insights that will give you a comprehensive understanding of HOW you do what you do, WHY you do what you do and how you RELATE to yourself and others. The TriMetric EQ Assessment is a tool that is used by thousands of corporations around the globe to hire and develop talent to drive results in their businesses. It gives insight into whether or not a person is right for the job, how they'll respond to the culture and what their intrinsic motivators are. I generally do this work with organizations to help improve team collaboration and communication. We do intentional work to break down communication barriers, remove personal bias and judgment, and improve productivity in the workplace. But there have been many who have wanted to experience this process for themselves, their small teams or as a couple, so that they have the necessary tools to improve connection and communication in their lives. In this two hour workshop we'll learn HOW we do what we do based on our DISC Assessment results, WHY we do what we do based on our Driving Forces Assessment and how we RELATE to ourselves and others based on our Emotional Intelligence Assessment. We'll learn: What energizes and drains usHow we like to be communicated withHow NOT to communicate with usWhat our "Time Wasters" areHow we can improve our communication with othersWhat is causing us stress or tension in our work environment and how to improve itSteps we can take to improve our Emotional IntelligenceWhat can trigger us in other people and how to overcome/respond to those triggersHow to communicate with those who are different from usThis will be a fun and interactive workshop with lots of "Ah-ha's" and "Oh My's" along with laughter and understanding. By signing up for this workshop you agree to the following: You will receive an invoice for $360 for each assessment + a $45 workshop fee for each participant.You will complete your assessment no later than March 15th.You will show up and participate in this interactive workshop with a growth mindset.You will receive a printed and digital version of your 63 page assessment + one complimentary comparison report for any two individuals attending together.
