Backhoe Repair - Dynahoe 160b - need mechanic

We have a Dynahoe 160B backhoe (1980) that does not presently run. It has a 353 Detroit 3-cylinder diesel engine. Been sitting for a few years but seems to be some issues with pushrods because of potentially stuck valves. The valves are free but it will need 3 pushrods. Parts should be available as this is a common engine with available parts. Need someone that is familiar with these machines, as it ran previously very nicely and get it running again.
