Skilled handyman wanted for apartment repair and maintenance

I'm currently looking for someone to work on ongoing repairs for our properties (apartment buildings) in South Bay. There will be probably 30-40 hours of work a month on these properties, depending on your skillset and comfort level. I can work with your schedule for most repairs and upgrades. Most important thing is you should be reliable (respond to text or phone calls in a timely manner), honest, and have experience fixing things. You will need to purchase inexpensive items on your own from hardware stores and I simply reimburse you when the specific job is complete. For large purchase, I can prepay. I will also pay by check, paypal, venmo or Zelle, not cash.
