Female Co-lead/Backup Singer/Musician Wanted

Newly formed Bluesy-Rock/Alt-Country Band in the San Ramon/Concord area: We're a fun and eclectic group that puts our spin on Classic Rock songs. There are currently 4 of us in the band: Vocal/Guitar (male 50s), Bass (male 40s), Drums (female 40s) and Multi-instrumentalist (male 40s). We're all have professional jobs outside the music industry. We play for fun but aim to perform at a high level. We want to find someone who shares our passion for making music and having fun with performances. We’re thinking that a female co-lead/backing singer might help fill out our sound and give us more options in what we play. Our current song list includes Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, Traveling Willburys, Old 97s, Wilco, Pink Floyd, CCR and a few others. Songs we’d like to add include Fleetwood Mac, Cheryl Crow, plus anything you can suggest that would fit our style! Preference to vocalists who can also play an instrument (Guitar, Keys, or anything that adds to our sound including Tamborine, Moracas, Shakers, etc). Also prefer someone who lives near by and is in our age range (40s-50s). We usually practice on Sunday (sometimes Saturday) afternoons in San Ramon or Concord.
