Quarter Mile + Eighth Mile + Third Mile Drag Racing Weekend on an Airstrip Runway Saturday March 5th - Sunday 6th, 2022 Scrambul: Cold Fusion is a two day drag racing event for street cars taking place on March 5th & March 6th, 2022 at Calverton Executive Airpark. Cold Fusion provides a venue for car owners to bring their rides out and race against other owners, or test & tune their vehicles. We utilize a 10,000ft runway to create quarter mile races from a dig and a 1/3rd mile racing from a roll. Cold Fusion attracts the newest and fastest cars in the world, along with classics and custom vehicles you won’t see anywhere else. Participants lineup with whoever they choose, and do as many runs as they like, on any of the courses. Driver & Vehicle Requirements: Drivers must be 18 or older and must sign liability waiver to participate. Drivers must wear SA2010 or newer Helmet for all races. All vehicles participating in races must have functioning mufflers. MInimum 3 point seat belt must be worn at all times. Additional saftey equipment may be required depending on the speed you will go. Spectators will not be allowed on the sides of the track. Races can be watched from dedicated viewing areas only. Parking is free. Food and beverage vendors will be available on site.
