The Northeast Georgia History Center is hosting a free Family Day event about the history of medicine from medieval times to today on Sunday Visitors will learn about early medical practices and tools, traditional medicinal herbs, the role of wartime nurses, and what a visit to an 18th-century doctor would have been like.
