FREE Community Hatha Yoga at Lasky Recreation Format: Hatha Yoga This is a traditional yoga class for all levels FREE Yoga at Lasky Recreational Center in partnership with Detroit Parks & Recreational Department Day: Monday's Dates: March 7- April 25, 2022 Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm Guided by Yoganic Flow Instructor Nyeesha Place: Lasky Recreational Center | 13200 Fenelon St, Detroit, MI 48212 Format: Hatha Yoga. This is a traditional yoga class for all levels. Membership & Cost: FREE! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED due to COVID What to bring: Yoga Mat if you have one (limited mats will be provided if needed), water and towel if preferred. Kids: Youth ages 6 and up are welcomed to join the class as long as they can remain quiet the entire hour.
