Let's celebrate Spring and New Beginnings together by releasing the mind and breathing deep into your bodies to let go of what no longer serves you.
Feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and energized all while connecting to yourself and dreams in this session.
I will spend time going over everything before we get started as well as answering any questions you might have. There will be time at the end to share about your experience only if you feel called too as well as journaling.
Please bring the following with you:
1. Pillow & Blanket
2. Yoga Mat
3. Journal & Pen
4. Eye Mask (optional)
5. Crystals or anything that helps you to feel comfortable
6. Water
Also I invite you to stick with lighter foods during the day and staying away from any heavy or friend foods. You will want to make sure you wear comfortable loose fitting clothes as well.
