Found All White Cat looks like it is hurt

Found an all white cat sitting on my deck, very friendly, looks like it has been hurt (scratches on it's face and ear). Gave it some cat food and it ate a lot, looks like it was very hungry. Cat keeps wanting to come in but I am not supposed to have pets. I feel bad for the cat and don't know what to do with it. I gave it a box with a pillow in it, some food and water, but it looks like it needs a home. If you own this cat please contact me. I live right off of Bristol Caverns Hwy, just out of the city limits of Bristol, TN.
