Mindful Movement is a progressive movement workshop that begins with an introspective practice, meditation, and breath to quiet our inner critic. From there we move into slow stretch and gentle flow yoga to warm the body up and finally into intuitive movemeny and guided dance to help us to release tension, embody joy, and give our body/mind/spirit what's needed in this moment or season of our lives.
