Happy nanny hunting to anyone currently in search of childcare assistance! I am a private yoga teacher / figure model who has been heavily involved in childcare since I was about 13 years old. Over the years I’ve had the pleasure of working with families from all make ups and backgrounds. Multiple children, sick children, twins, birthday party or sleepover supervision, special needs, you name it. I am no longer CPR certified (was previously before I took a small break from nannying) but am more than happy to let you set up a time/ place for me to take the class and I will do so. Some of the activities I’ve gotten to participate in with kiddos: Cooking Baking Going to the zoo Going to the aquarium Swim lessons / pool days Going for walks around the neighborhood or to the park Traveling WITH a family on a vacation The butterfly pavilion Yoga classes (I can lead those!) for kids Gardening / planting flowers Helping with homework (THE LIST GOES ON!) I work best with families who are open minded, posses fluid communication (from parents specifically), are laid back and treat others (regardless of them working for you or not) with mutual respect. In addition to child care I am happy to assist in terms of cooking or prepping meals for the family, light laundry, light house keeping (sweeping, putting dishes away, vacuuming) and even select errands! When transporting kids to after school activities, during the day outings, ballet, soccer, etc, I’d prefer to use a family car! The kids are already used and equipped to your vehicle and it just makes my job a lot easier. I have a license! No worries. Just like anyone in any profession, I charge first based off of my years worth of experience and second, the situation (number of children you have, extra activities you’re asking me to do (housekeeping, etc), where you’re located / my travel time and a few other minor factors. However, I do START my hourly fees at a minimum of $30/hr. Most nanny’s are in the same range, rightfully so. Before I forget to mention! I am more than willing to travel on vacation/ family trips with the right people! Date nights and last minute weekend help (when I am available) I also on the table. As you can see, I am flexible and easy going. In terms of a schedule!: please just reach out and let me know what you’re in need of. Days, hours.
