La Fitness (Allen Park) is launching its first ever Boxing & Strength Bootcamp!!

La Fitness brings you a bootcamp that combines boxing with strength and conditioning. This class will be set up like circuit training where each person will start at a different station. Every class is an hour long and is composed of 8 rounds. The beginning of the class is a warm-up. The end of the class we end with a cool-down stretch.
The first class is open to non-members. After your first class you MUST be a member at La Fitness to participate in this bootcamp.
Things to Bring: Boxing gloves, Yoga Mats, and hand wraps if you have them! Boxing gloves will give you the best experience, so please buy some or borrow some for the class.
Special Training Promotions will be offered to the members of this class!
