LAGUNA BEACH, CA — More businesses are once again opening in Laguna Beach, albeit with restrictions, the city has said. While awaiting approval from the Governor's office, to identify more businesses to open during the latter half of Stage 2, with modifications, many types of businesses are allowed to reopen, according to the city of Laguna Beach. NOTE: Essential Services are permitted to be open for in-person shopping. Customers and employees within the city of Laguna Beach must wear face coverings. Construction, plumbing, and electrical workFinancial institutionsGrocery stores, farmer's markets, and convenience storesLaundromats and dry cleanersMedical, veterinary hospitals and clinics, pet food, and pet grooming Restaurants are permitted to operate for curbside pickup, takeout, and delivery only. There is no dine-in availability.
