EVERGREEN PARK, IL — A 25-year-old man was found passed out behind the wheel in a fast food drive-through lane, prosecutors said. Lewis Lloyd, 25, appeared before Cook County Judge Terry Gallagher on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Around 7:30 p.m. Monday, Evergreen Park police went to check a man, later identified as Lloyd, who was sleeping behind the wheel of his car in the drive-through lane at White Castle. 2555 W. 95th St., the prosecutor said. When officers managed to rouse Lloyd, the prosecutor said cannabis and two-and-half pills. Lloyd allegedly admitted the pills were Xanax. Lloyd was released on a $10,000 I-bond and ordered to submit to random urine drops. Lloyd's next court date is March 25 in Bridgeview. "This is zero tolerance," the judge said.
