CONCORD, NH — Juan B. Negron, 50, of Manchester was arrested at 3:36 a.m. on Feb. 21, 2022, on a felony receiving stolen property charge, more than $1,500, and a misuse of plates violation. He was arrested after an incident at 344 Loudon Road. Negron is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on March 17. Miles A. Anderson, 32, of Concord was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on Feb. 19 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. Cody A. Ordway, 37, of Concord was arrested at 10:41 a.m. on Feb. 17 on arrest prior to requisition as well as false imprisonment, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Knoll Street. Christopher Lee Hawkins, 37, of Franklin was arrested at 5 p.m. on Feb. 16 on a warrant at police headquarters. Michael F. Tierney, 46, of Concord was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Feb. 15 on felony witness tampering as well as four stalking and two violation of protective order charges after an incident at the Merrimack County House of Corrections. Nicholas Rossik, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 4:51 a.m. on Feb. 13 on a fugitive warrant. He was arrested after an incident on the Manchester Street bridge. Joseph Rudolph, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on Feb. 12 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident on Hall Street. Meghan Pelletier, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on Feb. 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road. Holly S. Pickering, 37, of Concord was issued a summons at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 10 on two willful concealment charges after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road.
