Our team has built long term flourishing partnerships with clients and staff by cultivating a great experience.PATHS, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to assist patients in applying for medical assistance on behalf of our client facility(ies) based out of Allentown, PA.Duties Include:Contacting patients to complete Medicaid applications and charity care processVerifying patient health insurance informationWorking with patients and/or family members, employers, banks and federal/state offices for additional information as neededAccurately document information into various systemsPerforming duties such as faxing, filing, emailing, and making phone calls to facilitate completion of applicationsProvide coverage at hospital facility(ies) on an as needed basisOther duties as assigned.Requirements:Bilingual (English/Spanish)Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and car insuranceExcellent interpersonal skills both written and verbalMust have customer service and office skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and ExcelDetail oriented, strong problem solving, and research skillsAbility to meet monthly productivity goalsApplicant must be flexible with shift and be willing to see patients late in the afternoon if neededApplicant must pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to start. Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required.
