FOUND: Quaker aka Monk Parakeet 12/29/21 Prosper TX 75078 Collin County [NE area of N Preston Rd and Hwy 380 aka University Dr.] NOT FOR ADOPTION - searching for rightful owner/s... This little sweetie flew into a residents garage near S Preston Rd and E. They had gone six miles east of home, across US Hwy 287 into the rugged hill/mountains above the Copper City Bike Trails area. By day two, they had traveled a bit south and were in the BLM ground that contains the bike trails. After that, the batteries in the collars stopped working and we have no idea what direction they traveled. There have been no proven sightings of them since and extensive trips into the area since have revealed no leads. Last Wednesday, 2/23/22 I left a snow board - a burton working stiff, in the shanty town parking lot and it was gone when I came back from lunch at 7800. It may have been accidentally packed into someone’s truck. If anyone notices they have it, I’d gladly pay a reward to have it again. It's worthless but for my contacts inside.Yesterday i lost two uglystick spinning poles somewhere in gridly or on the highway driving towords larkin rd. Both poles were in pole socks. Please if anyone picked them up i would love to get them back. May even be a reward for them. Thank you
