You will be using Trenching spades to trench in lines 8 inches deep from terminal boxes and pedestals to NID's on homes. Things you'll need to do the position is your truck and the ability to drive job to job. The ability to read emails and drive to each jobs and get the line up to 8 inches deep. It's a very easy job and you'll receive 5 days of training and once you do you can start following after that. Then you'll be emailed a route each night of jobs to complete the next day. Pay is 11 days out, The week ends Monday night and pay the 2nd Friday after that. It's very simple and if you're interested you can meet one of my crews and check out what a job is like then if interested your training can start that day. The pay is 1ft-25ft $30 26ft-150ft $51 151ft-250ft $57 251ft + $57 +0.$85/ft so a 500ft job would pay $270 Average guy does between 4-8 jobs a day, my best crews do 10-14 jobs a day It's very simple and if you don't know English it's not required.
