DESPERATE TO GET HELP FOR MY SISTER

My sister has 3 dogs that need a new home. She is 78 years old, has health issues and no longer can care for them. I would appreciate any information anyone can provide as to who I can contact that would take these dogs. I would love for them to go to a good home or a no-kill shelter.
