Need Help with Severe PTSD Dog

Little Dove has lived in a cage for 12.5 years. She came to me a wreck. After spending over $2,000 to get her health back up to par, I put her on an Ayurveda diet, and began rehabilitating her in gentle ways. I have experience with canine rehabilitation, I once ran a dog rescue organization; however, I’ve never had a case where a dog in my care has not progressed. And even gone in a worse direction. At this time, Little Dove is attempting self mutilation. No drugs have helped. Not yet, at least. Since I have not been able to leave her home alone, I am looking for someone who might be willing to co-parent this baby with me? That is my first choice. If I can find that? My second choice would be to find her a home with someone who can cater to her care properly, and watch over her and be with her all day and night. She would definitely require a person with canine rehabilitation experience. This is my last option, but I will be open to it if I can find her the right home? I just need some help. And at this point, I feel desperate. Any help will suffice, and we are willing to teach more than one person, if we end up needing to find a Little Dove family..?
