Part time property maintenance worker

Looking for someone to help with all aspects of maintenance on 1.25 acre property on hillside in Auburn. Includes, but not limited to, weeding, blowing, pruning shrubs and trees, irrigation repair, general fire risk mitigation. I have appropriate power tools but if you have your own that's a plus. Approximately one day/week. Willing to commit to fixed minimum regular hours if you want. Starting pay $25/hour, willing to go higher if you have your own tools.
