8 month old border collie mix

We were told this was a small breed when we got him but he is 8 months and over 40 lbs. Due to no fault of his own I can not keep him as I am not able to have another big dog. He is sweet and smart and loving. He is fixed and shots and microchipped. He is house trained. He is still learning leash manners. He knows sit lay bed but does not know stay. He is extremely smart. He will come with toys whats left of his food(Diamond naturals lamb). His bed collar and leash. He is very loved but was supposed to be a jack Russel Chihuahua and is now too big to keep per landlord weight limit. Not his fault and not mine as I didnt know the lady was lying. Joker is a sweet boy that loves to cuddle and be with his human. He is great about chewing his toys and not other stuff.
