Trim Carpenter - Full or Part Time

Local construction company has many upcoming jobs that need a talented trim carpenter. Our current project is a triplex in Kirkland that is being final cleaned next week and we are needing an individual that can do final punchlist work. This work includes - wood trim (installing 1/4 round, 1/4" trim fillers and scrib trim), caulking cabinets, mdf trim, flooring thresholds (I like the caulk lines to be taped so they are laser straight), some appliance install/adjustments, etc. Basically everything that goes into the building needs the right person to have the knowledge and confidence to identify solutions for all punch items. You should be talented enough to be completely independent but you will have the support from onsite superintendent with tough decisions and a apprentice and laborer for your heavy lifting. This can be anywhere from 10-70 hours a week and you can start Monday morning. We are a highly motivated team that has a high standard of quality and we have fun while we get it done.
