Looking for infrequent jam space

I don't need a space available 24/7 or even 3-4x/week. I'm just looking to be able to be loud every now and then. Maybe once or twice a month. Maybe if you have more days than you use or your band practice gets cancelled I could fill in? I'm a solo musician with my own gear and will pay for the time of course.
