Leopard Gecko, and bioactive enclosure

I rescued a Leopard Gecko from an awful pet store about two years ago. She had been covered in shed, maybe for months. She is now completely healthy. I'm looking to rehome her with her terrarium, to someone who can continue to give her love and attention. She's a beautiful yellow color and her enclosure has organic soil, hides, and rocks. I will also include the heat mat. I'm asking for $400 to make up for the cost of the enclosure, it's about two feet long, and vet care she received.
