I was at El Rio on Wednesday, February 16th, when I saw a very pretty young woman sitting in a booth by herself. She had big beautiful dark hair, not unlike The Nanny, and wore a blue sweater with a red scarf. When I moved away from the bar to use the restroom, I noticed she was listening to a portable CD player with a copy of Destiny's Child's "The Writing's on the Wall" on the table.
When I got back to my barstool, I was trying to work up the nerve to approach her and say, "Track number 5, 'Bug a Boo' is really underrated," but she wasn't there.
Had she slipped out without me noticing? "Where'd you go?" (Track 8). "Now That She's Gone" (Track 7) I can't stop thinking about her.
Was she a ghost forever trapped in 1999? If so, she should still be familiar with the internet, and will hopefully see this.
