Now that years of fleecing car owners of fees to have testing done for emissions has proved and provided nothing but taking the hard working tax payers money for nothing in return...as usual... I BET YOU ALL LOVE THE CAMERAS CHASING YOU DOWN EVERY ROAD TO HAVE YOU PAY UP EVEN MORE FUNDS TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT...NOT FOR THE PEOPLE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM... Just pure theft, or you can't drive a car...the DOT card holders are exempt...another political issue that remains unresolved like the rest of all the taxed funds never going where it is designated to help...haha... Got to love those government policies and rules...hah!
