Electrician needed to troubleshoot and repair two issues. First, I have a unit that the breakers keep tripping. Sometimes more than three times a week. We have already pulled some load off by splitting out two new breakers. I think there is either something wrong with the wires themselves, or the breakers. But I need some troubleshooting by someone who knows more than I do. Second, I have another unit (within half a mile of the first) that has electric baseboard heat. The majority of the heaters have no issue, however two are not heating up even though the wires are hot. The current baseboard heaters are 34 inch long hydrosil (big mistake as the company is now out of business). I have noticed the available sizes at home depot are either 30 inch or 36 inch.
