We are remote real estate investors looking for a good contractor to do a duplex remodel. We needs a GC who is familiar working with investors. We will be managing this remotely. We lived in Minneapolis for 20+Years, but currently live in Portland Oregon. We expect: 1. Complete, detailed, itemized bid for the project 2. Accurate timeline (bonus for completing early, reduction for completing late) 3. Familiar with working with banks, construction loans and hard money 4. References of other investors you've worked with 5. Quality/durable but affordable materials 6. Modern designs 7. Fully insured and bonded 8. Pulls all permits applicable 9. Has a website and portfolio 10. We buy materials 11. Communicative 12. Sends updates and photos regularly
