New Child Development Center coming to Skagit County, in search of a temporary home. With 15 years of Early Childhood Experience under my belt, its time for a new adventure. I am currently looking for space to house a preschool with a 12 month lease, with hopes of opening in September. The space must be available for planning, furnishing and prep work become July 1st. My future plans include buying or leasing a permanent spot in Burlington. The desired location would be in Skagit County, with plenty of parking. One classroom of good size is required, a bathroom, a small kitchen or meal prep area and office. Outdoor play space would also be required, however it doesn’t have to have an existing playground. The location would staff 2 teachers, a cook and a director. The perfect location would be inside of a church, a early childhood facility wanting to offer a separate preschool or a school. If you have a extra building on your home or business property in mind, let me know! The preschool would be ran and under supervision of the director. Owner of the property will go over a legal lease, providing heat, water and electricity. (which will be paid for by preschool) The preschool will not become licensed as it will provide care for kids 3-5 for less than 4 hours a day. This space would create a home while a permanent spot becomes available for a future expansion of more classrooms.
