Need some to fix a cassette deck

I am looking for someone to replace the belts on a tape deck I own. I unfortunately have unsteady hands so I would need some who has experience to take a look. I know they belts need replacement and I'd also appriciate if you could take a look and fix up where it needs it. Thank you for very much!
