Wanted small puppy

I was a dog owner and have always had large dogs. But a few months ago I had a seizure and hit my head and had to have brain surgery. It has been a long recovery and I am finally able to get a new fur baby. But I need to have a very small dog that will not be able to pull me over during walks and can be trained to use puppy pads.
