*** Must Be Able to Work Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays*** 12pm to 12am Shift Medical Chair Repair company is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our rapidly growing team! The Field Service Technician is responsible for conducting preventative and repair maintenance duties for medical chairs at various well known medical centers around the Tri-State. Successful candidates will be energetic and self-motivated “ROAD WARRIOR” with a strong technical or mechanical aptitude. We will train! This position requires Sunday-Thursday travel. Average travel radius is 100 miles to various medical clinics. Must be able to travel Sunday-Thursday weekly Valid driver’s license with safe driving record Must pass background check and drug screening 1-2 years’ experience troubleshooting and basic mechanical repairs a plus Basic math skills Ability to maneuver objects up to 25 lbs Key Responsibilities Prioritize and organize daily workload to ensure jobs are completed within the time quoted to the customer without sacrificing service quality Provide preventative maintenance, repair services, equipment cleaning and troubleshooting in accordance with established standard operating procedures and techniques Build and maintain professional relationships with customers Assist other technicians, as needed Operate company vehicle safely. Obey all local and federal traffic laws Manage inventory daily. Ensure reports are completed accurately and submitted within required deadline Documents all daily, weekly, monthly repair and maintenance activity/repairs per applicable policies and/or procedures.
