1, Cleaning out unit must be in good physical shape and be able to lift 70lbs fast paced work $16 hr paid through cashapp at end of day.
2,Painter/ carpenter someone familiar with remodeling a home and has experience minor plumbing experience is a plus $18.75 hr paid with cashapp
3,Looking to also do an electrical upgrade, change from fuses to breakers and some wiring
