Currently diagnosed with advanced foraminal bilateral stenosis with ruptured disc L4/L5 plus nerve compression/sciatic. Advice on a well rated neuro surgeon and pt (physical therapy) rehab + legit well rated pain management facility preferably all in one facility. Not necessary for all in one however. Anyone dealing with this or similar? Been through it before?
