Seeking help with chores on property

Have 6-8 hours of work for dependable hard worker. Clean up on the property (pick up and bag), coop clean out and new bedding (not smelly!), pick up and organize left over work materials and tools, put together small cart, and so on. Must be able to lift 50lbs like bags of bedding & materials. Payment in cash for hours worked. No smoking on property.
