Interior cleaning crews are needed for new construction house cleans. We have work in Austin, Manor, Cedar Park, Bertram, Buda/Kyle, Bastrop and now San Marcus. Job description-clean cabinets, clean doors and doorknobs, wipe down counter tops, tubs/showers/sinks, toilets, mirrors, baseboards, light fixtures, towel bars and faucets, electrical outlets and switch plates, window tracks and sills, sweep, clean tile and wood floors, vacuum, clean entry thresholds. Must have own cleaning supplies ie; broom, mop, dustpan, 100' extension cord, mop bucket, vacuum with hose attachments, vinegar, toilet brush, 400-600 grit black water sandpaper [or something to remove rust and marks form bathtubs] lacquer thinner [or something to remove paint from doorknobs], rags, window cleaner, wood floor cleaner and product(example-Bono), small razor scrapper, stainless steel cleaner/polish, and a step ladder. If a hard worker, that can do a good job the first time, the pay is good. Being dependable is a must. This is independent contractor work, and pays by the job. We clean for production builders. They don't pay a lot per house, so the more houses one can do the more they can earn. Experienced cleaners make great money. We've been in business for 23 years and have lots of work.
