Hi All, I am in need of a new studio mate come summer time (July-August). Rent is $550 per month. About the space- 20ft Wide x 35 Feet Deep x 16ft High Ceiling. (Roughly 700 sq feet with another storage loft inside space) Large 12ft Tall Factory Style Windows in the back. 100amp panel with 40 amp sub panel inside unit. I can pull 3phase in but would be best to keep any large machines outside of the space. Access to wood working shop is possible as well as placement of a machine or two. What I am looking for- Someone who is deeply dedicated to whatever it is they do. Ideally, this space is great for someone making medium-large paintings, sculpture, ceramics, or performance/video work. Could also work for someone who does woodworking or furniture. Ultimately, a good fit would be someone who works hard, can be respectful of a shared space, pays the rent on time, and doesn’t have a bad attitude.
