Looking for a cameraman and/or photographer for music group

Hello. I am a musician and in a music group. I'm looking for a camera man to hold the camera and get BTS footage, performance videos when we do shows, maybe shoot some promo videos, and if experienced some music videos. Also looking for a photographer to follow us and take professional pictures and also candids. I would love to have someone with a little experience with one or both but it is not really necessary. As long as you are dedicated and willing to learn more. If you have your own equipment that's cool. I have a Canon Rebel T6i and some attachments. I know a little bit, but I can't always be behind the camera because I am also an artist and producer. I'm really looking for a long term thing. Someone who is willing to go the extra mile. Someone who is passionate about what they do and can come with new ideas and be creative. We will have ideas and plan stuff out for some things of course, but if you can go above and beyond and, you know, be recording or taking pictures unplanned at times. I'm looking for someone like that. HMU if you are interested.
