Part-time Cleaning Area Manager (RDU and surrounding) Looking for one individual with a flexible schedule Mon-Friday w/occasional weekends!! This individual will need to be able to work approximately 4hrs daily some mornings and some evenings. Task • Inspecting sites/complete evaluation forms • Keep track of inventory and distribute supplies monthly • Handle complaints and issues that comes in from different sites • Start new cleaning contracts & train new cleaning crew for contracts • Coverage as needed Requirements • Can you pass a background? • Do you have reliable transportation? • Are you willing to travel? • Do you have cleaning experience? • Excellent customer service skills? • Are you a self-starter? • Can you lead a team? • Are you a team player? • Do you have a smartphone?
