Seeking a self starter CAREGIVER for a fast paced Adult Foster Care Home (Level 3 home with 4 female residents and one male with a variety of health issues). Some experience in Foster Care or Nursing Home (heavy care) – good, but not absolutely necessary. But we will Will Train a RELIABLE and very motivated person with a can do attitude. Ideal candidate is a very hard worker. Must be able and willing to transfer non-weight bearing clients through the day (from bed to chair/in between chairs) sometimes with Hoyer lift or partner lift assisted devices. Residents need to be washed, cleaned, changed, fed and helped in many ways. Other duties to include but not limited to general housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation... Extremely clean house! Home is run on a stringent schedule in order to keep and maintain a smooth running operation. Will help with learning the aspects of Medication Administration. 4-5 work days/week (days to be negotiated) Daily schedule : 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. ** We are willing to train a RELIABLE and very motivated person with a can do attitude.** Some experience in Foster Care or Nursing Home – good, but not absolutely necessary. Competitive Wages (depending on experience and performance -- with room to grow) + Room and Board. Must be able to pass criminal background check.
