In Search of an Office Administrator for our location at 248 E Highland Ave in the city of San Bernardino.
Full Time. Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and possibly rotating a day out of the weekend.
Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.e. lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks, maintenance/complaint reports)
-Assist with the day-to-day operation within the Office, responding to customer and staff by phone, email, fax, and mail on a daily basis.
-Assist with preparing and reviewing a variety of correspondence, documents, files, and records for accuracy and completeness; ensures proper signing authority; and distributes documents to appropriate staff related and customers.
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
-Multitask and perform other related duties while helping other staff when needed. In a fast paced environment.
-Multitask Data Entry, records and reports.
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
-Must be able to work and communicate hand in hand with Supervisor at a daily basis
