Fletcher Floors, a leader in the Southern California area for Commercial Flooring Installation since 1988, is looking for motivated and driven people, hard working general laborers who want to join a professional and busy Subcontractor. We are a family owned and managed organization, with an excellent Project Management Team here to support you from day one! Successful Lead Installers and Apprentices will be well-organized and detail-oriented. You should have good customer service skills, be able and willing to follow instructions. Be prepared to travel to customer’s locations to perform your work. Construction experience in any trade is welcomed and a plus, let us know how many years of experience you have. Otherwise, we will train the right candidates as Helpers to start. Be willing to learn new skills and follow directions in our industry. We work with: Resilient Flooring Coverings (Carpet, LVT, VCT, VWP, Sheet Vinyl, Rubber Base, etc) AND Ceramic or Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile. Knowledge of flooring installations and materials is not mandatory. Multiple Job Site Locations throughout Southern and Northern CA. (Hotels and Meals provided for out of town) Reliable Transportation is required for Day and Night Shifts. Carpooling is appreciated. Start Immediately! Guaranteed 40 hours per week to start. Ability after Training to make a very good income, with Helpers starting at $15-18/hour and Lead Installers make $30-47.50/hour. Lead Installers making $70,000+ per year is not unusual.
