Maintenance Technician Attach Resume when applying for this position Position Description As the Maintenance Technician you will report directly to the Sales and Site Manager. On those occasions when the Assistant Sales and Site Manager is working you would take direction from them. Basic job duties would include the continual maintenance of the facility grounds and landscaping, cleaning of customer bathroom, painting, etc. Maintenance • Keep the site and office clean, including the following: Empty trash Pick up papers Maintain landscaped areas Minor unit and building maintenance, i.e. painting, replacing door hasps, etc Maintain rodent control as necessary Report damage to building, fence, or other parts or areas of the Project to the Employer Inventory all site equipment and provide documentation of missing replacement requirements. Essential Characteristics • Responsible and motivated self-starter • Able perform with minimal supervision • Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills • Can cheerfully provide consistently superior service with a great attitude • Honest • Commitment and ability to get things done right and on time Qualifications: • Own, reliable transportation and Driver's License • Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • Must be flexible with job duties at the direction of supervisor
