Mango and Pannex Tree Cutting

Looking the get rid of the mango tree in the back yard completely, and trim about 60 feet of the Pannex trees. If you look at the photos, the Pannex trees are about 15 feet tall and they run along three walls for about 110 feet long total. I want just 60 feet (just two of the three walls the pannex run along) trimmed to about 8 feet in height. The other 50 feet im going the leave at the current height to keep the privacy. All in all, I need the mango tree in the photo cut down and hauled away, and 60 foot run of Pannex trees cut from 15 feet high to 8 feet in height and also hauled away.
