Cleaning pools, checking chemicals, mopping pool decks, cleaning restrooms Perform minor fixes such as repairing pathway & security lights Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems Minor water issues/plumbing repairs Performing general maintenance tasks for the property Basic knowledge of plumbing, and electrical systems Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8-hour shift Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Required)
