Starting pay $16/hr with room for growth/increase after 90 days Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Moving/driving experience is a major plus but not necessary. Perfect position to be able to transition to crew lead in any industry. Duties include: ● Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction ● Skillfully move, pack, and unpack customers belongings in a rapid but safe manner ● Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner. ● Problem solving ● Truck inspections of truck and moving equipment ● Able to train multiple people at the same while working on the move. ● Accurately complete paperwork and collect correct payments The perfect person for this position is: ● Very friendly, easy-going and personable ● Is a problem solver, adeptly weighing pro and cons of various decisions ● Takes responsible for self and crew without laying blame at another’s feet ● Is dependable and able to follow company procedures with reminders ● Uplifts the people around them and build character ● Has a very hard work ethic! ● Is well groomed with high personal standards ● Is excited to learn and grow personally, and financially. ● Has an understanding and respect for company margins. ● Is physically fit and is able to lift repeatedly 100lbs or more. ● Is reliable, and shows up early ready to work.
